Here are some frequently asked questions. We hope this helps!

How many students are in each class?
Usually there are 4-6 students per instructor. 

Do we need a racket for the lessons?
No, loaner rackets are available upon request. You can buy a racket at Sports Authority, Modells, or Target for a low cost.  After your first time taking classes- there is a daily racquet rental charge of $5 per day. We also have some racquets for sale. To buy a racquet see below.


How long are classes?
Classes are usually 1 hour long unless otherwise noted.

What are the facilities like?
The facilities are very varied. Some facilities are full tennis courts but other facilities are simply black tops. Either way we put up portable nets and the classes are super.

What are the instructors like?
All of our instructors are hard working and have a large base of tennis knowledge.  They are personable. 

What happens if we need to miss a class?
If you need to miss a class, you must let ElfTennis know 24 hours in advance. Every attempt will be made to schedule a make up class for you. If you aren't able to regularly commit to a given time each week, you are welcome to pay as you go for a higher rate.

Are refunds given?
Refunds are only given if a class is canceled due to lack of enrollment or lack of court availability. Refunds will also be granted if you withdraw before the second class and your spot is resold.


What are classes like?
Classes consist of games and drills tailored to the needs of your age group and ability. Instructors combine fun with technical instruction. So far everyone loves the classes.

How do we register and pay for classes?
Please go to the registration form page and fill out the form. The form will instruct you on payment options.

How do we know if we have been accepted into a class?
You can expect to hear from us in 2 business days about your class enrollment. If you don't hear from us in 2 business days, just give us a call or shoot us an email.

What age can students start taking classes?
Generally students begin taking classes between 3 and 5. However- if you have a child under 3 they can enroll in a Big Hits Class- the equivalent of a Parent and Me. The Big Hits Classes are usually the earliest scheduled class at a given location and date.

What if it rains?
You will be notified the day of the class if it rains and you will be given the option of a makeup in a comparable class. Also- if you want updates, we recommend you following us on Facebook and twitter ( see homepage).
